Concept Artists
Your tasks would be:
drawing of fast sketches for functionality demonstrations
designing of concepts for HUD menu elements
drawing of highly detailed environment concepts to give our mappers some good inspiration
designing of building exterior and interior layouts
Flash Designers:
Your tasks would be:
creation of HUD systems for players, tanks, buildmenus
creation of animated textures for weapon displays, vehicle interior displays and building status updates
Preferable knowledge within the basics of:
Flash Actionsript 2
Flash to GameEngine communication methods e.g. FSCommand
3D Modelers (mechanical modeling)
Your tasks would be:
modeling of the motor pool and base buildings based on the renders of Cybergooch or our own concept arts
modeling of interiors for buildings and vehicles
modeling of the futuristic civilian architecture based on your own imagination or existing concepts
modeling of different assets with which the player can act e.g. weapons, physical objects etc.
modeling of low detailed models for the different view, damage and geometry lods
Preferable knowledge within the basics of modding in:
modeling of highly detailed models "with clean meshes" for all kinds of texture maps
UV/Bump/Normal/Specular mapping
3D Modelers (organic modeling)
Your tasks would be:
modeling of mutated vegetation objects for our custom islands
character modeling of organic lifeforms (infantry units, mutants, civilians and tiberium creatures)
detail modeling of the motor pool objects for all kinds of texture maps
Preferable knowledge within the basics of modding in:
sculpting techniques
the "box modeling" method
UV/Bump/Normal/Specular mapping
Texturers:
Your tasks would be:
UV mapping of finished mechanical and organic assets
texturing of UV maps for mechanical and organic assets
designing of highly detailed texture maps
designing of surface textures for our levels and building interiors
Preferable knowledge within the basics of modding in:
creation of well arranged UV maps for vehicles, characters and buildings
texture creation of Bump/Normal/Specular maps
Level Designers:
Your tasks would be:
creation of nice environments for our various GameTypes
designing of impressive ToD (Time Of Day) settings
creation of flawless voxel objects for caves, detailed hills etc.
Preferable knowledge within the basics of modding in:
all aspects of the Sandbox2
